Terms of Service
Last updated July 7, 2026
SAM is operated by Blue Atlas Holdings LLC (“we,” “us”), 88 Easton Avenue, Spotswood, NJ 08884, United States. By using SAM you agree to these terms.
1. What SAM is
SAM (the Scripture Analysis Method) is a software tool that analyzes scripture-based questions against a fixed set of primary-source biblical texts and returns a graded interpretive verdict with its reasoning and citations. SAM is an interpretive analysis tool. It is not pastoral, theological, legal, medical, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for your own study or the counsel of a qualified person. You are responsible for how you use its output.
2. Accounts
You need an account to use SAM. You must provide an accurate email address and are responsible for activity under your account. One person per account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction).
3. Credits and payment
SAM runs on a credit system. New accounts receive a limited number of free trial credits. Additional credits are sold in one-time packs through our payment processor, Stripe. One credit is consumed per delivered answer; questions SAM declines as outside its scope are not charged. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and do not expire while the service operates. Prices are shown before purchase and applicable sales tax is added at checkout.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service, and do not use it to violate any law. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that abuse the service or its budget safeguards.
5. No warranty
SAM is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Interpretive output may be incomplete or mistaken, and reasonable readers may disagree with a verdict. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
